What Is Shilajit?
Shilajit is a natural mineral exudate formed over centuries by the microbial breakdown of organic matter (primarily from plants) trapped in rock layers at high altitudes. It oozes from between layers of mountain rock, primarily in the Himalayas, at elevations above 16,000 feet. How to Take Shilajit

- Stir into warm water, tea, coffee or milk (avoid metal spoons)
